POWEROX

POWEROX is ecological non-foaming preparation based on active oxygen for professional use in the food industry and catering as addition to alkaline cleaning solutions in the washing systems (eg. Closed washing systems CIP, washers). The preparation is supporting the action of an alkaline detergent and greatly facilitates the removal of the sparingly soluble strong organic impurities. It is particularly suitable as ecologic organic additive to caustic soda cleaning solutions and a wide range of industrial alkaline cleaning products. The preparation does not cause a chemical collision with formulations of alkaline cleaning products and can be used with every alkaline washing bath as a low-grade additive facilitating the washing process. Water-softening substances reduce the formation of scale during the washing process. Product exhibits the biocidal action. Powerox is particularly effective against a sparingly soluble hard to remove organic deposits especially during the wash circulation systems at high temperatures (evaporator, pasteurizers, washers and other systems CIP). The preparation is suitable for use in alkaline mixture on all washable surfaces for alkaline cleaning. POWEROX is an oxygen donor which increases the ecological properties of alkaline cleaning bath by reducing the value of chemical oxygen demand (COD) in wastewater. We recommend the application by spraying, manual-dipped or automatic dispensing hose pumps directly to an alkaline working solution during the cleaning process.

Usage: used as an additive for alkaline cleaning solutions. Use usually at a concentration of approx. 0.1% of the POWEROX to an alkaline cleaning solution. For very difficult pollutions increase experimentally concentration of the product. It is recommended to dose proportionally with a use of a peristaltic pump coupled to the washing system.
