ALKOCIP

ALKOCIP is a multi-component preparation, which task is to increase the detergency properties of the working solution of sodium hydroxide. Thanks to a composed formula it softens tight, difficult to remove impurities and facilitates the removal of organic deposits, while preventing the deposition process of secondary pollution. Gives 2% of caustic soda anti-corrosion and polishes properties, with increase of the biodegradability level and softening water of working solution. It has a protective effect on seals and plastics corrosive significantly lowering the sodium hydroxide solution. Reduces the need for frequent acid treatment plant.
• Dosage: add up to 2% caustic solution 0,2-0,4% of the concentrate ALKOCIP
• washing temperature according to the program CIP 
• Biodegradation formulation ALKOCIP more than 95%
